Our Story

We are a family run business based in the inner city of Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canada). Leon and Heather moved into the inner city with the philosophy that one way to make a difference for good, was to move to a poor neighbourhood, allow the problems of that area become our problems, and then work to solve them. Five years into owning and managing an apartment block it became apparent that bedbugs were a problem to solve.

As a landlord, Leon’s focus was complete eradication of the bugs in a cost effective manner, followed by prevention of future infestations. He read every scrap of information he could find on bed bugs and did his own experiments to further his knowledge. He became a licensed exterminator specializing in inner city multifamily settings.
